**No Cancellations will be accepted on Pre-orders within a 30 day window of the release date. Pre-orders incur a 10% cancellation fee if cancelled more than 30 days before the set release date. This is due to card / payment processing fees that can't be recouped by us once an order is placed.**

**If multiple pre-order items are ordered - shipping date will default to the LATEST pre-order release date for the entire order. This also stands for if in-stock items are ordered with pre-order items. Please consider placing a seperate order for in-stock items or pre-order dates that are earlier than other products in your cart. 
 
*Ships to all of US, Canada, Europe, and Australia. We've successfully had most packages go to Canada and UK VAT free altough it will still come down to the region and customs agent that day. We ship FedEx internationally to mitigate the chances of having to pay VAT or other brokerage fees.
