Frequently asked questions
You can contact us for any reason by sending an email to info@realmboxstore.com. Demand for our business and all TCGs is extremely high right now so please allow 48-72 hours for a response. Sending multiple messages (spamming) can result in further delays as messages are answered in the order received. We do our very best to make things right but we are still a small business with high demand. Your patience is greatly appreciated.
You choose! You will have the option for one time, every month, or every 60 days on our boxes. We also have pre-orders for new upcoming TCG set releases. You can cancel your recurring plan in one click by logging into your member portal and accessing the "My Subscriptions" page or by emailing in to info@realmboxstore.com.
Pre-orders will ship 1-7 days after the new set release date. This is the street release date, not the pre-release date. Our suppliers send us product in several waves and we get product turned around as fast as we can. Any variety boxes (one time purchase or recurring) will ship between the 25th and last day of the month they are ordered in. For example, if you purchase a variety box on October 5th, it will ship out between October 25th and October 31st. If you order a variety box near the last couple days of the month, it will ship out within a week of being ordered. You may get a tracking number email notification 3-7 days before the shipment date and this means your box is being processed and will ship soon. Please only reach out if the last day of the month has passed and you still don't see movement on your box. Any shipping inquires can be sent to info@realmboxstore.com. Please allow 48-72 hours for a response.
We have agreements in place with large local game stores to source our product (packs / singles / etc). All product we receive arrives in original sealed WOTC full case packaging and we are the first to open it. We then open boxes carefully and place the sealed packs or displays into our boxes for shipment. Our packs are 100% guaranteed to not be tampered with as we want you to get great pulls and keep coming back for more! It's also important for us to support local game stores and we will continue to do so even if it means we don't get bottom line pricing on wholesale.
Yes of course! There is no contract or pre billing in advance. You can cancel your recurring plan in one click by logging into your member portal and accessing the "My Subscriptions" page or by emailing in to info@realmboxstore.com. If your cancellation request is within days of a new renewal we will provide a full refund to you automatically if charged.
Yes, we will ship to Canada, all of Europe (including Iceland), Australia, and New Zealand. If you live outside these areas but have been successful at receiving overseas packages, please send us a message and we can make a special arrangement with you. We ship USPS First-Class Package International Serviceâ„¢ There may be VAT or other taxes due on arrival in your home country. It is your responsibility to pay VAT because we do not charge international sales tax on sale and each country has a different VAT rate. We can't be held responsible for lost packages after they leave the U.S. but have had success shipping to these countries in the past using this service as it's tracked until it leaves the US and then will be further tracked by your countries postal service if they participate. If you are unsure if you will receive U.S. based packages efficiently feel free to purchase a one time box and then you can sign up for a subscription after verifying receipt of the first one.
