  • Is this just another Mystery Box?
    NO! We have ran a thriving social media community for years with a loyal MTG fan following. We tried every mystery box product on the market and were not satisfied with any of them so we set out to create our own awesome box. We do have a mystery component where we will fill your box with unique packs based on our inventory and your box preferences. However, we will always have a part of the box that is guaranteed (like the latest new set release / MH3 in Megas and Platinums / etc). We will also have an accessory of the month that is always shown in the current month. Lastly, we allow you to customize your box so we can get you what you are looking for, within reason and current inventory on hand. Our goal is to create a curated variety box that is the best thing you will open every month or one time! Also be sure to look into our one time special edition boxes that are themed to different Planes / New Sets / Holidays. P.S. we also always give you a great pack variety and never pack low value sets such as Aftermath or MKM.
  • Is the box one time or monthly recurring?
    You choose! You will have the option for one time, every month, or every 60 days on the product page but we recommend the monthly box so you can save the most money and never miss a box or new set release! You can cancel your plan, make customization edits, or ask questions anytime by sending an email to info@realmboxstore.com or a text to 619-354-9223. You can also cancel via your member portal on the site by clicking on the "My Subscriptions" tab and following the instructions there.
  • Where do you source your packs and singles? Are they safe?
    We have agreements in place with large local game stores to source our product (packs / singles / etc). All product we receive arrives in original sealed WOTC full case packaging and we are the first to open it. We then open boxes carefully and place the sealed packs into our boxes for shipment. Our packs are 100% guaranteed to not be tampered with as we want you to get great pulls and keep coming back for more! It's also important for us to support local game stores and we will continue to do so even if it means we don't get bottom line pricing on wholesale.
  • Can I cancel anytime? How do I cancel my subscription?
    Yes of course! There is no contract or pre billing in advance. We bill recurring and then send out your new box within 7 days each month. We can offer a refund of a new box or recurring box purchase within 24 hours of billing. After that, your box has been curated to your preferences and is likely in the mail so the cancellation would apply to the next box. You can cancel via your member portal on the site by clicking on the "My Subscriptions" tab and following the instructions there or by sending an email to info@realmboxstore.com or a text to 619-354-9223.
  • When will my boxes ship each month?
    Your first box will ship out within 7 days of purchase. Each box thereafter will go out within 7 days of your recurring billing date. We like to take the time needed to curate each box to your preferences while meeting demand, new set releases, and changing of accessories. You may get a tracking number email notification a few days before the shipment date and this means your box is being processed and will ship soon. Most subscription companies only ship once per month but we don't want to make you wait up to a month after purchase so we work hard to make sure orders go out within 7 days of purchase or renewal!
  • Will new sets be included in the box?
    YES! Our goal is get you the best and newest sets in your box. We will have new set product on or before the new set global release date so you will receive some of the new set's boosters and singles in your box for that month. There will still be a mix overall between packs and singles.
  • Do you ship internationally?
    Yes, we will ship to Canada, all of Europe (including Iceland), Australia, and New Zealand. If you live outside these areas but have been successful at receiving overseas packages, please send us a message and we can make a special arrangement with you. We ship USPS First-Class Package International Serviceâ„¢ **We are currently shipping Canadian packages via FedEx due to the Canada Post strike***. There may be VAT or other taxes due on arrival in your home country but we have had success with many packages going VAT free. It is your responsibility to pay VAT because we do not charge international sales tax on sale and each country has a different VAT rate. We will do everything we can on our end to get the package to you VAT free. Feel free to checkout with a 60 day Addict box or 60 day Mega box if you'd like a larger box but less shipments to your country. We can't be held responsible for lost packages after they leave the U.S. but have had success shipping to these countries in the past using this service as it's tracked until it leaves the US and then will be further tracked by your countries postal service if they participate. If you are unsure if you will receive U.S. based packages efficiently feel free to purchase a one time box and then you can sign up for a subscription after verifying receipt of the first one.
