**Pre-orders incur a 10% cancellation fee if cancelled before shipment and cannot be cancelled within 30 days of product release date. This is due to card / payment processing fees that can't be recouped by us once an order is placed and allocations that are locked in with suppliers close to release.**

**If multiple pre-order items are ordered - shipping date will default to the LATEST pre-order release date for the entire order. This also stands for if in-stock items are ordered with pre-order items. *Ships to all of US, Canada, Europe, and Australia. We've successfully had most packages go to Canada and UK VAT free altough it will still come down to the region and customs agent that day. We ship FedEx internationally to mitigate the chances of having to pay VAT or other brokerage fees.
